Dick Hay Pie is a beloved dessert by the Kinfolk Keeper family! It's a simple, delicious dessert that we first enjoyed at the Oregon Cabaret Theater in Southern Oregon. Our version and more will be added to your Kinfolk Keepers site when you sign up!

<ul> <li>1 Oreo Cookie pie crust</li> <li>1 large vanilla ice cream container</li> <li>1 cup of soft peanut butter</li> <li>chocolate sauce</li> </ul> <p>Optional: Graham cracker crust, different ice cream, different type of sauce.</p>
Ingredients:

• 1 Oreo Cookie pie crust
• 1 large vanilla ice cream container
• 1 cup of soft peanut butter
• Chocolate sauce

options: Graham cracker crust, different ice cream, different type of sauce.

<p>Make this pie at least 3 hours ahead of serving.</p> <p>Let the ice cream soften just a little before you begin.</p> <p>Put the ice cream in a bowl, add peanut butter to the ice cream with a chopping technique.</p> <p>Pour into pie crust so it forms a mountain.</p> <p>cover with wax paper and a plastic bag - put in the freezer until ready to serve.</p> <p>Before serving, warm chocolate sauce, pour over each individual slice!</p>

Instructions:
